Each product is matched to a Soil Direct product type, from topsoil blends to crushed rock, so shoppers can compare like with like.
Delivery days customers can book
At checkout, customers choose a delivery day and window from the schedule you publish for that location.
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay
Payments are taken by Square on your own account, so every order arrives paid and the money is yours.
Receipts with your details
Customers get an emailed receipt with their order and delivery window, and your yard's phone number to call.
Quotes that do the truck math for you
Bulk delivery pricing is where general online stores fall down. Soil Direct measures the driving distance from your location to the customer, works out which truck and how many trips the order needs from each truck's load limits, and applies that truck's base charge, per-mile rate and any environmental fee.

Order management that matches how yards work
Every order and every line on it has a status, so a split delivery or a changed quantity never gets lost.
Accept, fulfil or refund
Accept a whole order, fulfil one line at a time, or refund an item or the order with a reason the customer sees. Refunds go back through Square automatically.
Change quantities after the fact
Change a quantity and the line re-prices. The difference is refunded, or Square emails the customer an invoice for the extra.
Find any order fast
Search by order number, customer, email, phone, address or driver, and filter by date placed, delivery date or driver.
Color-coded rows
Lines from the same order share a color, from a palette chosen to stay readable for color-blind staff.
Notes and files
Keep private notes, edit delivery details, attach files to a line, and resend the customer's receipt.

Plan every load on one board
